Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

 

 

  • Returns or refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Hair extensions must be returned in their original condition — unwashed, unused, unaltered, and with original packaging intact.

  • If the hair has been worn, installed, colored, cut, or chemically processed, the warranty is void and we cannot accept the return.
